There is a Whole Lot More to Being an Author
They didn’t tell you everything mamas.

As I sit here on my blessed quiet Sunday, I am thinking of all the things that have past and that are coming.
My first book was released one month an eleven days ago. There was no stopping from there, I have to keep going. You see, by the end of 2023, I will have a total of four books out. Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer. As of right now, I am speaking with my publisher on where we’re supposed to go from here. I have quite a few stories, both in this world and out of it written. It is just a matter of what we want to do. We’re fairly certain of where we are going to go with this, but it’s still a plan.
On top of all of the writing, there is the selling. Not just books. If you look around on the site, you will see that a store is coming soon. I am working on that behind the scenes. Also this summer, I will be traveling (Not far) for my first book event where I will be selling. I have to have things prepared for that. Of course there will be tea, books, and the like, but what else?
So you have the writing, the editing, the revamping, the selling, on top of a full time job, a family, and a kid who has nine million questions about the way the world works. What does that give you? A completely exhausted woman.
I love it all. I never thought I’d ever write a book, much less four. But lord there is always something. From moderating the Discord, to making content to bring my books to the masses, there is always something. Some days I just want to watch people make cheese. So that’s what I am doing. I am blogging, updating my store, and watching videos about cheese. This morning, I made a cute aesthetic coffee video. You can do it all. You will be exhausted doing it all, but you are making it through.
So you may be asking, since I haven’t been here, what’s been going on in my world? Well, book one is out in the open!
Book Two is now up for Pre-Order. The cover debut was last week!
And Book Three is up for pre-order. Cover to come a bit later.
Well, I am going to 86 skidoo. I feel my blood sugar crashing as I type, which is humorous after the massive amount of coffee with cream and sugar I have drank today. If you have read my stories, could you do me a solid and toss a review my way? Your friendly neighborhood author would totally appreciate it. Goodreads, Storygraph, or even Amazon would help. Until next time, read well my friends!
